ONLY BE ACCEPTED on these Fridays & Saturdays between 10:00 am - 5:00 pm, and on these Sundays between 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm.
Fun Finds will donate FREE
pick-up
within Cherokee County on Thursday 9/22 and Thursday 9/29 for donations
of EXTRA LARGE ITEMS. Please call (770) 704-0448 to reserve a pick-up

Donate Today!
Shortly after the
horrible tornadoes ripped through Georgia and Alabama in April of this
year, I came up with the idea to do a donation drive to collect
furniture and other home décor to donate to the dozens of families who'd
lost everything in the worst series of storms the south has ever
experienced.

What
I didn't know at the time was when a disaster strikes, the damage is so
devastating it takes months to dig out of the rubble, get roofs over
people's heads, and supply adequate food and drinking water. Furnishings
for their homes were way down the list of priorities. You just don't
need a sofa if there is no living area to put it in. Disaster relief agencies are NOW READY to receive home furnishings for the families whose lives were torn apart. I
am looking to the fantastic people of Cherokee County to join with Fun
Finds and Designs in a DONATION DRIVE to extend a helping hand to
hundreds of Georgia families who still desperately need assistance.

Fun Finds and Designs, Inc. has partnered with Unity In Disasters, Inc., a non-profit organization specializing in disaster relief, and PODS, Inc. to collect and distribute home furnishings to help our northwest Georgia neighbors reclaim their lives.
PODS, Inc. is donating portable storage units to receive and transport the home furnishing items that you donate to this worthy cause.
All donations will be tax deductible and a receipt will be given at the time of donation. |
