Dear

Fall is my favorite time of year, low humidity, cool
days and nights, the array of beautiful colors in the foliage,
football, festivals, pumpkin pie, and family. It is a glorious
time of year. Even though in this economy, we sometime feel there
isn't much to celebrate, the simple and most treasured pleasures of
our lives are all around us. Let's remember to take a moment to
look, breathe deeply, listen and love.

Holiday Decorating Tip
Keep
your life simple yet beautiful. Here is an easy idea that will
beautify your Thanksgiving table, save your budget, and create a
centerpiece that will have the family in awe.
Simply
find yourself a footed ceramic or pottery urn.
You
can create a masterpiece with a little florist foam, floral picks,
fresh pineapple, red and green apples,
a
few kumquats and berries off your holly tree. Simply insert
floral picks into the fruit and insert them into the floral foam,
which you have pushed down into your urn. Add a few magnolia
leaves and you are ready to go.

The
Fun Finds home is located in Deer Run and the theme of the home is
'Christmas in Provence'. We will be accentuating the French Country
style of the homeowner using new and consigned pieces.
Proceeds
benefit Cherokee County charities. Tickets are $17 each and are
available at our store in Canton.

The September
18th Bus Tour was a HIT! After leaving Fun Finds
& Designs Consignment Marketplace in Canton, we visited other
consignment shops in Woodstock, Roswell, and the Alpharetta area.
